Our experienced designers will lead you through your options & create beautiful stationery & photo tributes to honour your loved one. 

Your order is delivered to your funeral director in time for your ceremony.

Images & Colours

Your stationery is based on a design template above, but will be customised to personally suit the images and text you provide.

High-resolution digital images are preferred to ensure the highest quality products for you. If you aren’t able to scan your photos in high resolution we can assist you with this.

‘Photos of photos’ should be avoided where you can because the poor quality often results in an inferior end result for you.

Photo Tributes

  • Photos – Should be provided digitally by email to design@huntervalleycelebrations.com.au or on a USB if we’re meeting in person.
  • High-Resolution – Photos need to be provided in hi-res otherwise the quality of your products may be compromised.
  • ‘Photos of photos’ – Don’t be tempted to take a photo of an old image which is in a photo album or isn’t on your computer or phone.  They need to be scanned, otherwise they will appear pixelated and won’t be sharp or clear.  Scanning is the best way to avoid this.
  • Printing Deadlines – Our professional printers have strict deadlines for their printing runs, so any timelines we discuss must be met by you (and us) so we know your printing will be ready for your service.
  • Select Your Favourite Photos – Select your favourite photo for the front of your Service Booklet, card or bookmark.  You can choose a few others to be included as well if you’d like to.  for example, perhaps a family photo or a photo of your loved one doing something they enjoyed.
  • Proofing – We’ll send you a copy of the final draft for your approval. Here you check the final details before we go to print.
  • Delivery – We deliver your items directly to your funeral director so you don’t have to worry about them on the day.

  • How Long Is It? – Can be one or two songs in length. 
  • How Many Photos? – Generally a Life Tribute set to one song contains anywhere from 30-50 photos.  If you have plenty of photos you can’t cut out you might consider having 2 songs with your photo slideshow.
  • What Do We Have To Do? – Select your photos, select your song.  Provide photos digitally either by email or on USB.
  • Production Timing – Our designers need 3 full days notice to produce a slideshow.
  • Delivery – Your photo slideshow will be delivered to your funeral director on USB.  The USB will be given to you at the completion of the service & is yours to keep.
